The Winkler Police Service has received numerous complaints over the last several weeks regarding a male looking into residential windows at night. After a lengthy investigation and with assistance from the public, police arrested a 37 year old male resident of Winkler with 8 counts of Trespassing by Night, 2 counts of Criminal Harassment and 8 counts of Voyeurism. The male was released on an Undertaking with a December court date. He must comply with several conditions including a 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. curfew.
